After seeing October being the 9th wettest, 11th coldest, and 3rd cloudiest on record we welcome the warmest weekend since late September.  Tonight mostly clear skies with increasing winds, Low 38-42 with winds out of the south/southeast.  I'm bringing back Fabulous Friday, scattered clouds and breezy, High 55-61 with S/SW at 15-20.  Mid 60s for Sat & Sun.  "weather on the 1's!"
