This just in to the NAVTEQ traffic operations center -- Will be some BLUE LINE CTA delays this afternoon because officials say a person jumped in front of a train down in the subway, around 118 Dearborn.  Again, this happened on the Forest Park-bound Blue Line, around the Monroe stop and power is shut down in the subway between LaSalle and Clark because of the incident.

Expect major delays, according to the CTA website, which will have updates throughout the afternoon.
