From WGN-TV: Mayor Daley is once again asking Chicagoans with guns in their home, to consider turning them in this weekend at dozens of different locations, for money, and no questions asked.
People who turn in their guns will receive a prepaid MasterCard as part of the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) Gun Turn-In event to be held Saturday, August 15, at 27 locations across the city.
