Attorneys for ex-Bolingbrook Cop Drew Peterson seemed a bit surprised that Will County Judge Stephen White didn't immediately rule on their request to have his murder trial (he's charged with killing his 3rd wife; he's suspected in the disappearance of his 4th wife) moved out of the area -due to negative pre-trial publicity.
