It's not entirely clear that Joe Jackson's left out of any inheritance from his son, but that's reportedly the case. The current 2002 Michael Jackson -will- now officially filed in a Los Angeles court apparently doesn't refer to him. Though some experts believe another more recent will could still possibly surface; there's a good chance such a document also wouldn't include the family patriarch, as he and his famous son reportedly had a strained relationship.

It's also interesting, that in granting custody of his three children to his mother, Katherine Jackson, the back-up to her in that role (if she can't fulfill it) isn't another family member. Michael Jackson wished for legendary singer Diana Ross to raise his children if his mother can't.

Michael Jackson was the Greatest Entertainer in the World; he could bring people together all over the World because he was a peace maker. He had a great respect and love for children. However, he was scarred with allegation of child molestation which were untrue and was proven to be untrue. No one should judge Mr. Michael Jackson on allegation of child molestation because it was proven to be untrue. He is a man who love peace and people and who could bring people in the world closer together. He was an excellent singer, he was an awesome dancer, and actor; he will always be remembered as a man who love to entertain. My son took the news very hard my whole family cried; because we just did not want to believe he was gone from this world. But, we have so many memories of him and his music will play on for generations to come. Rest Michael you were love by billions of people all over the world. To his family our prayers are with you and God will see us all through this difficult time but we had Michael Jackson for 50 years and it was a pleasure to see him perform over the years and by the way I am 60 years old and I first saw Michael at the Regal theater in Chicago. And, The Jackson 5 had the audience attention. The world is celebrating his life and not his death because he will forever live.
