The Drew Peterson drama is heating up again. The ex cop turned murder suspect has to sit in jail for a few more days.
At his arraignment today on murder charges, Peterson’s attorney, Joel Brodsky, planned on asking that Peterson’s $20 million bond be reduced. But that effort was put on hold after prosecutors, in a surprise move, requested that the judge in the case be taken off the case “on the ground of prejudice” against prosecutors.
I talked to Peterson’s attorneys before the hearing.
I asked them if they thought Peterson could get a fair trial in Will County.
They said it’s doubtful, and they’re leaning toward filing a motion for a change of venue.
So what do you think?
Can Drew Peterson get a fair trial in Will County or would it be better to move the murder trial to another area?

Who cares if he gets a fair trial. Did Kathleen or Stacy get a fair trial?

I think it doesn't matter where he goes, he's got guilty written all over.
