Those Hot Hawks

Ladies, you know the stereotypes.

Hockey players aren't typically considered the "prettiest" of professional athletes.

Those who hit the links are more polished, the ones on the court- typically taller.

But what's wrong with alternate captain Patrick Sharp, Number 10, seen above?

We had the conversation in our newsmeeting this afternoon, and the girls got together and decided that the 'Hawks are hot....in more ways than one.

Thursday night, the Blackhawks extinguished the Flames at the United Center. One game down, four wins to go in their quest to advance in the Stanley Cup playoffs. Number 46, Colin Fraser, can be seen above- an added attraction for female fans.

We are all looking for a hero right? Check out Number 24, Martin Havlat, in the above photo for just that. He scored 2 in the 'Hawks 3-2 victory in game one- including the overtime winner, 12 seconds into the extra period.

Jonathan Toews, Number 19, is the captain of the team and seen in the above headshot. He's only twenty years old, but led the 'Hawks this year with 34 goals in the regular season.

How about Number 37, Adam Burish? This Midwestern boy was born in Madison, Wisconsin- a true local on our hometown team. He's scrappy for sure....he was placed in the penalty box for a whopping 93 minutes this season.

Those are my guys....who are yours?
Who is the hottest Hawk...both on the ice...and off?
