Some say when the feds are done with Rod Blagojevich former Governor George Ryan may look like a boy scout.
But it'll be a few years before that happens.
Blagojevich needs to put together a legal team to fight the feds at his trial, and that enterprise cost $20 million in the Ryan case.
Blagojevich has a pot of two million sitting in his campaign fund but the feds say those dollars represent criminal gains and that he should forfeit the money.
So here's today's question:Should the judge let him use that money to pay lawyers?
