Ryan:

Norm was a great person.

Toya Garner:

Mr. Van Lier was a pleasant and wonderful man. Last year I worked a temp assignment for Comcast Sportsnet and spoke with Mr. Van Lier several times.

The first time I met him he really made me laugh and seem sincerely happy that I was working for the company. He greeted me with such kindness and really made me feel apart of the Comcast Sportsnet team.

There is one occassion that I will never forget about him. I seen him walking through the Merchandise Mart building with his dark shades on, a bigh smile on his face and a smooth stride in his step. He looked like he was enjoying every moment of the day. I spoke to him and said, "Hi Mr. Van Lier, how are you today?" He replied, "Enjoying Life."

I will never forget that. He was such a cool guy and will be greatly missed.

I count it an honor to have met him.
