For the second time in two months Mayor Daley, when asked about Governor Blagojevich, repeated the word "Cuckoo".
From the airwaves to the internet, there's been a lot of speculation about the mental state of Rod Blagojevich.
He's gone from saying the impeachment process was about his work to get Illinois residents healthcare to, today, saying it's about his fights with the state legislature to keep taxes low.
Blagojevich will continue his criminal case without the assistance of his lead defense attorney, Ed Genson, who told reporters he's quitting the case.
Earlier today, the governor said he sees his friends not speaking up in his defense.
