Rod Blagojevich did not have a fair deal and I was extremely dissappointed with how his case was handled. Politicians will sell their sole to the devil to save their job. Politicians who help those who cannot help themselves always suffer. Jesse White demonstrated the first example of two faced politics, but yesterday I watched them all vote yes to impeach the Blagojevich, many were his former close colleagues. With friends like those, who needs enemies. Two faced. How can they sleep at night? Remember, what goes around comes back to you. I will vote no for all of them in the future. None of them will ever get my vote. They are the puppet slaves of Mike Madigan as they pave the way for Lisa Madigan for governor. Chicago and Illinois politics is nothing more than an exhibit of modern day organized crime.

I am no fan of the Governor. However, the impeachment process has been a sham. Democrats have decided to throw the Governor under the bus because he is now a liability thanks to Fitzgerald. Where was the Democratic outrage for the past 6 or 7 years? Everyone knows Illinois politics is pay to play. Democratic participate in it 24/7 365 days a year. There are all HYPOCRITES. Vote everyone single one of them OUT OF OFFICE.

I have never supported or voted for G-Rod but I'm all for him staying in office now. Nothing is proven, he has not even been indicted. To be hung out to dry by the likes of Pat "I want to be Governor" Quinn and Mike "I want my daughtr to be Governor" Madigan and his slimey followers is akin to a Kangaroo Court.

I think the impeachment trial is a waste of Illinois tax payers money.

So, our crooked Gov. is getting unfair treatment from our crooked elected officials. What did he think was going to happen when the "roosters came home to nest".
What surprises me is that in the midst of all that is happening, both sides are showing the world just how broken the "System" in Illinois really is.
It's obvious the Governor can't get a fair trial in Illinois. Had he kept his word and cleaned up the corruption like he said he would, he wouldn't be complaining about the "wolves in sheepskin".
