It's always hard to get people to eat more protein. I don't remember if I've told you this, but I'm the KING of leftovers. Long ago, I watched my dad while he was on a diet, and every time we went to dinner, he'd eat only HALF his meal! Talk about PORTION CONTROL!!!
Well, since my eating binge at the end of last week, I really concentrated on watching what I ate this week. I also worked out three times this week, concentrating on cardio three days and lifting weights for a half hour one day. I've decided to ease up on the weight-lifting because my 44-year-old body is burned out.

Well, it's been several days since that Cubs game and not only did the Cubbies make me sick, but a cold and too much of a good time put my stomach into a "tizzy." Since Friday morning, I've been sick and haven't been able to keep much IN the stomach. Saturday, I started to feel better and then ate as if it was my "last meal."
