Andrea Metcalf

Andrea Metcalf is the co-host of Living Healthy Chicago. Andrea is a nationally recognized fitness expert and a popular media personality. In the last decade Andrea has appeared as a contributor for several national publications including MORE, Self, Shape, Women's World, as well as "The Today Show." Andrea also regularly appears on NBC5 in Chicago where she is the fitness expert and a member of the NBC5 Fitness Team. For more than 25 years Andrea has inspired people from all walks of life to feel better and move.

In 2002, Andrea fulfilled a dream of owning her own studio and opened mbc Fitness, where she continues to train news anchors and athletes while specializing in "Boomer" fitness. These are the stories of real men and women who, despite busy lives, find time each day to ensure their health.


Lou Canellis Lou Canellis is the co-host of Living Healthy Chicago. Lou is an avid sports fan and has been a contributor on CLTV since 1997 - this includes being the "Sports Page" host since 2002. He provided memorable coverage of the White Sox championship run and World Series celebration in Houston in October 2005.

Before CLTV: Lou was raised on the south side of Chicago and has followed local teams his entire life. Lou is well-known for his postgame chats with Michael Jordan on Bulls broadcasts, as well as his play-by-play work for ESPN television, plus programs on ESPN Radio, WLS-TV, WBBM-TV, Sports Channel, the NBA Radio Network, anchored coverage of the Olympics, and covering Super Bowls XXII and XXIV.
