
In order to keep your metabolism working all day long, nutritionists and doctors recommend you snack on something small (and healthy) every few hours.
Since I pretty much get hungry every hour, on the hour, I always makes sure to bring at least two snacks to work. One of my favorite snacks doubles as a sinless, sweet dessert, too: fat-free yogurt and honey.
You can buy pre-made yogurt and honey combos at the store( Fage Greek yogurt and honey is delicious!) but to save money, I suggest you buy in bulk.
The next time you go to the grocery store, grab a large container of plain, fat-free yogurt and some all-natural honey. When you're home, transfer a cup of yogurt into a small Tupperware container, add two to three dollops of honey, and voila! You'll have yourself a naturally sweet and fat-free snack that's packed with probiotics and calcium! Yum!
