Lou's Eating Habits: My Sandwich Diet

For those of you who've read my blogs, you know that I usually share my crazy eating habits. I do this to show that you can still enjoy eating, and remain in relatively good shape. If I can do it, ALL of you can!

Recently over the last few months, I've gotten into a habit of eating Potbelly at least two times a week for lunch. I've done this and actually LOST weight! I have no vested interest in sharing this story with you. I don't own a Potbellys, and I don't know anyone who owns one or even works for Potbelly. I've been living on this specific sandwich: the turkey swiss, SKINNY, on wheat bread with mustard and everything but mayo and onions. It's working! I need something crunchy so I grab a small back of the pretzels and wash it down with water. It gets me through the day, doesn't make me feel bloated, and best of all, I'm even dropping a few pounds! Go try it!
