Lou's Aging: Body Breakdown

I hate to admit it, but old age may be catching up to me. I turned 45-yrs-old a few days ago and I feel like my body is starting to break down. Over the last 3 months, my eye sight has gotten significantly worse.

For my whole life, I could see "a mile away," but now, I can't see 12 inches in front of me. My wife is begging me to go to the eye doctor, but I can't admit to myself I'm getting OLD! I hate it!

Over the last 5 years, my hearing has gotten worse, too. Just ask my wife! I know, some of you guys are saying, "he just isn't listening to his wife!" While that may be the case....sometimes (just kidding honey)...it's not, most of the time. Honestly, I started losing my hearing after doing the Chicago Bulls radio broadcasts for 9 years. Traveling with Michael Jordan and the gang usually brought out the biggest and loudest crowds. This meant turning the volume on my headset up to decibels not healthy for the human ear, and today I'm paying the price!
