If you still haven't started a goal for 2009, don't worry! Start TODAY! The best thing about a new year is that you can renew your commitment to better health at any point. I have a few tips for your resolutions stick!
1) Write something down on paper.
2) Tell Your Friends and Ask them to Join You
3) Look for advice to get to your goal
4) Give yourself smaller VICTORY goals to know you are moving in a good direction toward the big one.
5) Make it fun!
My goal for 2009 ~
personally: breathe and think instead of reacting (especially with my teenagers)
physically: inspire others and YES do the half marathon with Rebecca my friend/producer for BETTER.tv
professionally: Rejuvenation! Workout equipment and DVD's to prevent and provide Pain Free Exercise.
