Recall on peanut butter - bummer

It's always hard to get people to eat more protein. A tablespoon of peanut butter has about 7-9 grams of protein and added to an apple is a tasty treat that helps stabilize blood sugar for a mid-day snack. The current recall on peanut butter may give my clients a reason to stop eating it. It's like mercury in fish...

we know we need to eat fish which are rich in omega 3's ( good fats for our brains) but then we find out too much of them may cause brain problems from the mercury!

Uggh! Well at least we don't have to make our own peanut butter; although... come to think of it I have a vitamix that makes it really easy.

Take one jar of peanuts or any nuts and dump into this super powered blender!

No worries for contamination here and tastes out of this world.!
