So you wanna make your workouts more efficient - save time and burn more calories!!

1. make up your own mini bootcamp

- alternate strength moves with 2 minutes of cardio like mountain climbers or squat thrusts. The intensity of a higher heart rate really bump up the calorie burn. Alternate 2-3 strength moves with 2 minutes of high intensity cardio!

2. Turn up the incline and turn it down. In your treadmill workouts alternate incline with side walking bouts for a better more balanced workout. This takes the impact to a minimum and keeps the calorie burn high when walking at a steady pace.

3. Love it or leave it. The best exercise is the one you like to do. If you're enjoying the activity, it will go by much faster and you'll probably do it more often and for longer period
