If you are overweight and out of shape, you might need some inspiration to take the first step for better health. I got to talk with Bernie Salazar (of Biggest Loser fame) and Jared Fogel (of Subway fame) about their stories of personal weight loss of 130 and 245 respectively.
Health issues were a concern for both, and ultimately they met the challenge of losing weight through diet and exercise. Both agreed that a pre-planned diet is essential in reaching their goals, coupled with exercise. Jared's plan was a 30 minute walk daily while Bernie chose a combination of activities to keep him interested. If you are thinking about losing weight, take the lead and step up to the challenge.
