Is It Possible to Be Too Skinny?

I recently went to the Victoria's Secret Grand Opening on Michigan Ave and got "up close and personal" with some of the Victoria's Secret Models. Can I just make this observation? Hey, Marissa Miller and the other girls looked great but is being "that skinny, that attractive?" Not to me!

The Benefits of Stretching

Stretching is so important but so many of us don't do enough of it. I recently went to Exhale Spa in the Gold Coast for a massage that not only felt great, but also helped stretch muscles I didn't know I had.
