Well it's only a matter of time before all the corruption, intrigue and hairstyles of the Blagojevich Scandal comes to the big screen. Or maybe just to Lifetime or Law & Order. But as long as we're dreaming big, we're going to cast the Blagojevich arrest and subsequent fall out like we're Steven Spielberg - no one turns him down, not even the dead or those made of felt and cloth.
Part 1: The Illinois First Family.
We figure John Travolta has the jaw line and hair mass that could be styled into Rod's recognizable 'do. And we're bringing back Alley Sheedy - particularly her bangs-in-the-face hairstyle, to play Patti.

Then, the guy who brought him in. Kevin Kline as U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.

Part 2: The Fallout
Jesse Jackson Jr. (as portrayed by Mario Van Peebles), Blago's Chief of Staff John Harris (played by Ray Romano) even Obama (played by Will Smith - per his request) all felt the heat from the Governor's actions.

Part 3: Impeachment
The late and honorable John Spencer has the looks and political experience from the West Wing to make him a good choice for House Speaker Michael Madigan. His daughter and Illinois attorney general Lisa Madigan is a ringer for Demi Moore... if she got some specs. And while we're really stretching the scope of reality, we'd like Statler from the Muppet Show's balcony to play Lt Gov. Pat Quinn.

Surpise Cameo
Yeah, we know he's modeled after the Kennedys but change just a few things, namely swapping the Boston accent for a Chicago one, and Mayor Quimby is Mayor Daley.
