Check out the new comedy featuring Matthew Broderick and Alan Alda, "Diminished Capacity!" If you haven't been to the Midwest Independent Film Festival before, they meet on the first Tuesday of every month over at the Landmark Century Cinema on Clark Street. For just $10 bucks, you get to screen a new film, enjoy a pre-screening reception with some drinks and snacks, and meet some local independent filmmakers. "Diminished Capacity" is from Steppenwolf Films, and it was made right here in Chicago. The movie premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Check out the trailer after the jump....

The movie screens at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1st. Looks pretty funny. Enjoy!
