The "Promoter Ordinance" will NOT be voted on tomorrow, so all independent arts in Chicago are safe for the time being. Of course, our work isn't finished. Officials say they will take roughly a month to conduct more research, and make adjustments. But to ensure that the new(est) version effectively curtails the bad guys and doesn't effect the good guys, more input from all is required.
