The Sweet Potato Flapjacks @ M.Henry are absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!

The Original House of Pancake 51st and Hyde Park blvd is hands down the best pancakes in town. They have been a favorite of both Hyde Parkers and Chicagoans for years.

Heaven on Seven dwntwn Chi town...bestest place ever for pancakes....stumbled upon it New Years' Day when all the other infamous bkfst places were full! Try it...u won't believe it!

The best pancakes in the city are the Origanal House of Pancake on 95th & Western. A close second is Yolk in the south loop. My homemade pancakes are pretty damn good too!

Often overlooked is the Cracker barrel in Tinley Park. It may be a chain but man are the cakes great. Also any topping you want and always fast.

Hands down Walker Bros. in Wilmette. Everything from the Dutch Baby to the Apple Pancake to their original buttermilk pancakes....

Hands down !!!! Flavor Restaraunt in Flossmoor has the best sweet potatoe pancakes. A couple of em'served hot with mandarin butter and you'll be hooked too!!
