The Twenty-first Star Chapter of the NSDAR will meet Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at the Elks Lodge of Des Plaines, 495 Lee Street. American History Scholars and Good Citizen winners will be honored at a luncheon at 11:30 AM. Shirley Howenstine, Executive Director of Illinois Orphan Train Heritage Society, will present the program "The Orphan Train Era."
