Belmont (Free Parking) 6:30pm - 8:30pm Enjoy the decadence of champagne, dessert wines and Valentine' Day pastries as you watch Lake View residents and business owners compete in the fun-spirited second annual Cake "Mixer" & Decorating Contest! After the delightful cakes have been judged by local community leaders, they will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to support Thresholds Mothers' Project (1110 W. Belmont) a non-profit organization that helps young mothers in crisis.

This is a complimentary event sponsored by Central Lake View Merchants Association (CLMA) who's primary goals are to stimulate the neighborhood's economic growth, enhance its natural beauty, and promote it as a world-class tourist destination. As the chamber of commerce for Central Lake View, CLMA fosters the growth and stability of area businesses by providing technical assistance, developing and implementing area marketing strategies, and acting as an advocate for the business community on issues that affect businesses and commerce.
