Vocalo.org, 89.5 FM WBEW, and sister station Chicago Public Radio, 91.5 FM WBEZ, are throwing a How Not To Lose Your House Party at an historic mansion in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood, 3619 S. King Drive.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., information sessions begin at 6 p.m. and the party kicks off at 7 p.m. Food and drink will be provided, and DJ Wes and DJ Pleazy will spin the tunes.

The event caps off Vocalo.org's month-long initiative, "Home: Where You Live and also marks the end of the Chicago Public Radio series, "Facing the Mortgage Crisis."

At 6 p.m., experts will present topics of interest to homeowners, tenants and home-buyers. A question-and-answer session will follow each presentation.
