The Children's Center for Cultural Studies at the Irish American Heritage Center is pleased to announce a cultural program for children this summer.

Reservations are now being taken for Summer in the City 2009: Exploring the Arts in Chicago. This five-week program is designed for children ages 7-14 from July 7-August 6 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm.

In this fun-filled program, children explore Chicago's cultural offerings, attend sporting events, take architectural tours, visit museums and take nature hikes.

Tuition is $325 per child and includes art materials, field trips and lunch, with discounts for families with more than one child.

Also: After program childcare is available for additional fee from 3-5pm, when children will have arts activities and snacks. The cost is $150.
