"Work of Heart" Benefit for Chicago Children, Teens & Young Adults with Autism

The PACTT Foundation's 8th Annual "Work of Heart" gala. The evening includes dinner & dancing, plus live & silent auctions. More than 300 attendees are expected.

Proceeds from this event benefit the children, teens and young adults with severe autism at PACTT Learning Center in Chicago.

Where: The InterContinental Chicago, 505 N. Michigan Avenue.

When: 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Work of Heart Award: Open Books & its founder/executive director Stacy Ratner will be honored for enthusiastically employing PACTT's teens and young adults with autism.

Now in its 16th year, PACTT Learning Center is a Chicago-based nonprofit which serves children, teens and young adults with autism from throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. A full-service agency, PACTT (Parents Allied with Children and Teachers for Tomorrow) provides a therapeutic day school, group homes and vocational services for young people with autism.

PACTT is unique in that the agency focuses its attention on those afflicted with the most severe forms of autism, helping each one to achieve his or her full potential as a participating member of the Chicago community.
