The Cicero Police and Fire Departments, in conjunction with Chicagoland Metro Police and Fire, are sponsoring their 13th Annual Softball Tournament and Fundraiser, Friday, August 22 through Sunday, August 24, 2008. This event is free to attend and open to the public. Families are encouraged to attend!

All funds raised at this tournament will benefit the Cicero Boys Club, CeaseFire (after school program that assists and counsels Cicero youths), and Stephanie Figueroa, a three-year-old kidney transplant patient and daughter of Stickney Police Officer Frank Figueroa.

This three-day event features great softball games, prize raffles featuring sports memorabilia, outdoor grills, great food and music!

Saturday'sspecial events include a Dunk Tank featuring Cicero Police & Fire Personnel, Children's Watermelon Eating Contest, Bean Bag Tournament, magician, and the famous Cicero Police & Fire Departments fresh-grilled burgers and hot dogs!

The Grand Prize Benefit Raffle has a 1st Prize of two (2) round-trip tickets anywhere Southwest Airlines flies and $200 cash (see additional information below).
