Home prices by neighborhood

ChiMagOct.jpg

On the show this weekend, we're talking to Chicago Magazine's Dennis Rodkin about how the real estate atmosphere has affected home prices in Chicagoland over the last year.

Every year, since 1994, Chicago Magazine has compliled the sale prices of homes in Chicago's neighborhoods and each of the suburbs. So, if you check out the October issue, you'll be able to see how prices have changed not only in the last year, but also how they compare to the prices of 15 years ago.

Fair warning: not everyone fared well in the months between July 2008 and June 2009. Check out this interview and then the magazine for details on your community.
