Pending home sales up

Pending home sales rose 3.2% in March and 1.1% from the same time last year, according to the National Association of Realtors. This is based on signed contracts to buy re-sale homes. Does this mean we've seen the worst and we're on our way back up? Are you sick of hearing the projections of when we'll "hit the bottom??" How has the housing market affected you?
