Occasionally, my job takes me to homes that have so much space I could fit my entire city condo into the master bedroom. It's depressing and thrilling at the same time - so much space to play with! ...and none of it belongs to me.
But, it could belong to you if you're looking for a home right now. A couple of weeks ago, we visited a community in Oswego - Churchill Club, by Town & Country Homes - and the model was pretty incredible. But I really started getting the move-to-the-suburbs pangs when I discovered the bonus room. Aptly named because there was already a room for everything in this house, and this was just, well...a bonus.

I immediately began imagining what I could do with a room like that. It was about the size of a family room, only it was upstairs (with it's own off-shoot of the main stair case) with double doors to close it off, if in fact what you need it for is privacy. I think in my case, it would be a home theatre. With one great big beautiful flat screen and cushy recliners to watch my favorite movies and shows. Private kitchenette/wet bar in the corner of course, for easy access to snacks during show time. And perhaps multiple, smaller screens so that we can follow all of the big games at once.
