Do: Emphasize your own role - if you're selling without an agent, make sure it's in the ad.
Don’t: POST EVERYTHING IN ALL CAPS WITH A HUNDRED EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!!!! No one likes to be yelled at and it can get lost among all of the other hyper-active ads.
Do: Keep it simple. Stick to the basic property information.
Do: Make sure your house looks its best. Consider hiring a professional photographer if you can't make it happen with your own camera - first impressions matter!
