A Clean Home = A Sellable Home

It's time to ask yourself the following question: If I needed to sell my home tomorrow, could a realtor come in and conduct an open house today?"

With the current market conditions, your home needs to be in perfect condition or you likely won't get an offer that's close to your asking price. As we've told you on HomesPlus before, a staged home will likely increase the selling price of your home.

So if you answered "no" to the above question, you should start thinking about getting your home in order. That's right. It could take up to a year to have your home ready to sell. Start cleaning out those closets and fixing the little things around the house you've been putting off. Not only will it be good for the upcoming holidays when you have family and friends over, but if you need to sell your home tomorrow due to a life-changing moment, you'll be ready.
