Interest Rates Remain Low

Is it a good time to buy a new home? It's a question many of us are asking ourselves. Some say it is, some say it's not. But there's one thing that can't be disputed ...

... Interest Rates remain at historically low levels. And despite the current mortgage crisis, Interest.com reports the vast majority of borrowers are getting home loans at reasonable rates.

According to Interest.com, the average 30-year, fixed rate was recently at 6.29% -- nearly the same as a year ago. (Click here to read the entire article.)

And on top of that, many builders have lowered the price of some of their homes through great incentives. That means you can buy a newly constructed home in a great community for a great price. It truly is a great time to buy.

So our question to you, what is keeping you from buying a new home today? Interest Rates? Down Payment? Credit score?
